Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace — which should I pick?

If your team lives in Outlook, Word and Excel, choose Microsoft 365. If you would rather work in Gmail, Docs and Drive in a browser, choose Google Workspace. Both include your domain, calendars, file storage and mobile access.

Can you move my existing mailboxes across?

Yes. We migrate mail, contacts and calendar entries from almost any provider, and schedule the cutover so nothing bounces.

How many mailboxes do I need?

One per person. Shared addresses like info@ or accounts@ can usually be set up as aliases at no extra cost — ask us and we will set them up.

Do I need hosting as well?

Not for email. If you also want a website, our cPanel Hosting plans sit alongside these and are billed on the same account.

Moving a whole team across?
